It was London calling for the singer last year, when he reportedly rented a 27,000-square-foot mansion northwest of the city. The monthly fee of $133,000 got him 15 bedrooms, 13 baths, two kitchens, several dining and living areas, and a five-car garage. The 1910 estate on 2.5 acres also boasts an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, a private theater, and a wine cellar. Bieber had reportedly fallen in love with life across the pond (at least temporarily), albeit he never seemed to spend an abundant amount of time there. The ‘starter home’ had a more-than-generous 11,746 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

From signing his first record deal at only 14 years old to bagging 2 Grammys by the age of 27, Justin Bieber’s success, fame, and fortune have been a mystery to none. In May and have been on a handful of domestic vacations, including a socially distanced road-trip to Utah and a visit to Idaho. A year and a half after they bought their marital home, the Biebers also purchased a massive mansion in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood. The couple spent a lot of time in this countryside estate throughout the pandemic. The majority of the couple’s home features sleek, hardwood floors. Home, so it’s no surprise they’re ready to let go of the Beverly Hills place.

Expensive Houses Owned by Bieber Around the World

Back in 2015, while performing in New Zealand, Justin was filmed smoking weed and chugging from a bottle of Hennessy. When he was 12 years old, Justin competed in a local singing competition performing Ne-Yo’s “So Sick.” His mom recorded it and posted the video on YouTube for their family to see. She continued to do so, and before long, his videos singing R&B songs gained popularity and got him noticed by the right people. Bieber also paid $55,000 a month to rent this home, located in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood at the foothill of the Santa Monica mountains, between May 2017 to February 2018. Icons like Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Ray Charles all called it home, while today Jennifer Aniston, David Spade, and fellow pop singer Charlie Puth are the Biebs neighbors. This five-bedroom, seven-bathroom abode cost them $8.5 million and is now on the market for $8.299. Although the pop star has notoriously rented uber-modern homes, this one is much more subdued. Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin purchased a sleek but homey, 6,132 square foot home in Beverly Hills in March 2019.

This home is the second property Bieber has recently purchased in Beverly Hills — in March 2019, PEOPLE confirmed that the pop star bought a mansion in the zipcode for $8.5 million. The 6,132-square-foot property was originally listed for $8.995 million. Outside, an infinity-edged pool and jacuzzi center a backyard perfect for entertaining.

His childhood home in Canada

Outside of the home, you’ll find an infinity swimming pool, full-size tennis court, patio space with a pizza oven and fireplace, koi pond, and sizable lawn. In May 2016, Bieber rented a house near Toluca Lake, north of Hollywood Universal Studios. He paid $80,000 per month for this 13,000 square feet property. It also includes a guest house, a screening room, and a pool. From the top one can experience the beautiful mountain views.

This property has amenities like its nightclub zone, bars, movie theatre, terraces with beautiful views, and elevators. Besides these party necessities, it also has ten bedrooms with eighteen bathrooms, a fully-equipped gym, and a music room. In 2012, Justin bought his first house inside the city’s exclusive gated community, The Oaks in Southern California. It has infinite space for living, work, rest and even play with a touch of a Mediterranean look.

Because the house was never listed on the open market, details are scant and photos few. But it’s clear from aerial views that Abady gave the originally French-influenced manor a glossy, contemporary renovation during his four years of ownership. Perhaps most notably, he replaced the original outdoor swimming pool with a giant, practically Olympic-length infinity pool that runs nearly the the entire width of the backyard. There’s also a sports court, AstroTurf lawns, a backyard fire-pit, a detached guesthouse, a four-car garage and two separate motorcourts with parking for well over a dozen cars. This place is a bit smaller, centering on a 6,132-square-foot home entered by a courtyard dotted with olive trees.

With 5.5 baths, four fireplaces, a home theater, and a pool complete with a hot tub and a serenity fountain, the 10,236-square-foot space still had plenty of room for him to have pals over. But one person he was decidedly not hosting was rapper Meek Mills, to whom Bieber leased the "Salad Spinner" house for a week during the 2015 Grammys. The outdoor space features a beautiful backyard (pictured above) with a cozy cabana, a barbecue area, and an infinity pool.

Another one of his more memorable rented properties is the “Salad Spinner” mansion, dubbed as such because of its unconventional circular design that makes it look like a food processor. Additionally, the former ballet dancer is grateful for all the time she got to spend with Justin. The 2.5-acre property has been waffling on and off the market for the past two years, originally listing for $42 million in 2018. Josh and Matt Altman, the Altman brothers of Douglas Elliman, represented the Biebers. You can take a look at photos of the gorgeous mansion (and briefly imagine you own it while doing so) here.
